Agent payment terms

These terms explain paid x402 unlocks used only for automated agent runs in QuokkaPix Image and Video. Normal human editing remains governed by the editor UI.

Pricing and measurement

The editor measures the actual run locally after files are selected: expanded files inside ZIP archives, total PDF pages, video duration and whether transcription is requested. The quote returned for that unchanged run is authoritative.

Unlock-token lifecycle

A paid unlock is bound to one product, surface, price and scope. It can be consumed once and is consumed immediately before real processing starts—not when payment options are viewed, a quote is requested, or the token is only preflight-verified. Production unlocks normally expire 24 hours after issue. Always use expiresAt and expiresInSeconds from the response; an unused expired token cannot start a run.

Refunds and failed runs

Contact support if payment settled but no token was returned, if a valid token is rejected before processing starts, or if a QuokkaPix technical failure prevents the paid run from starting. Include the transaction hash, network, product and approximate time. Never send the unlock token or source media. Completed local processing, unsupported inputs or browsers, and cancellation after consumption are not normally refundable. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Local processing and integrations

Source and output media stay in the user's browser or local MCP bridge. WebMCP, local MCP, Remote MCP and the bridge use the same tariff and add no separate surcharge. The control plane may receive settings, relative filenames, status and result metadata, but has no media-upload endpoint.
