A rule profile is strict only when a named source gives measurable requirements such as dimensions, file size, format or placement guidance. If a platform gives only qualitative advice, the QA report marks it as qualitative instead of pretending it can fully validate the image.

A rule profile should say where the requirement came from and whether it is primary, secondary or inferred. If a requirement is not sourced, it should be treated as a workflow hint, not a hard platform rule.
Dimensions, format, file count and output name can be checked automatically. Product completeness, category exceptions, subjective quality and final marketplace approval still need human or catalog-system review.
When a platform changes documentation, recipes and rule profiles should be updated together. Agents should read the profile id, source URL and confidence before running a large batch.
