Open Scenario builder and add only the steps you truly repeat. A short reliable chain is usually better than one oversized universal setup.

Configure every step on one representative image first. Check size, crop, background, compression and export format before saving the full chain.

Name the scenario by outcome, not by experiment. Titles like 'Amazon square WebP' or 'Catalog PNG cutout' are easier to reuse later.

Once the scenario behaves well on one example, run it in batch on similar files instead of rebuilding settings from scratch for every image.
What to watch
Keep one scenario per real use case rather than one giant workflow for everything.
Put format conversion near the end so earlier steps work from a higher-quality source.
If another product group needs slightly different settings, duplicate the scenario and tune the copy.
